Osmos games update#

I want to enable/disable online update checking. I think the game is crashing at startup because of sound issues. I am experiencing static in the sound playback and I have a SoundBlaster X-Fi card. I’ve installed OpenAL but I still don’t hear any sound in Osmos. I’ve heard that the sound and music in Osmos is wonderful, but I don’t hear anything. I’m experiencing weird flickering menus and overlays.
